Occasionally our family gets a craving for some American food. This place had a very good reputation for their hamburgers and fries, so we gave it a try. The restaurant is located in Tom’s River. It may not be a place many people go regularly, although it makes a good pit stop on your way to and from Point Pleasant Beach.
　It was our first time going to Tom’s River, but it was a surprisingly large town. The streets are wide, so you may need to stick to the right lane or you may blow right past the restaurant. When you see a black building pop up on the right, that is Burger 25. There was a good amount of parking in their parking lot. There is an outdoor window for people to pick up online orders, but you can also go inside if you want to sit down and eat. Depending on when you go, there may be a long line to order. It seems like a lot of people order online for takeout, especially during busy times. It may also be easier to give detailed instructions on toppings if you order online.
　Well then, on to what we ordered: A BBQ bacon burger, an avocado club burger, boardwalk fries, a kid’s menu mac & cheese, and some boneless chicken wings. First off, the kid’s menu. I think the kid’s menu may be more appropriate for a very small child, it was not enough food for our eight-year-old. It’s not on the menu, but you can order a junior size hamburger as well, which is an upgrade over a kid’s menu hamburger. So, my daughter ended up getting both the mac and cheese and a junior cheeseburger.
　That being said, the burgers the two adults ordered were satisfactory. Made with 100% certified angus beef, fresh not frozen, making it very juicy and delicious. The burgers are thick just like in the pictures, and I was worried I would have trouble eating it, but it was surprisingly easy to chew, and the buns were soft, meaning you can press it down and take a big bite. 
　Next, the fries. They were topped with a superb homemade seasoning. It leaves with a bit of a dry mouth after, but take one bite and you will find it hard to stop. Be careful not to eat too much however. This store is also very popular for their shakes, which we saw a lot of people ordering. We didn’t get any ourselves, but we saw many shakes topped with a lot of whipped cream, so be careful if you are not a fan of whipped cream, as you will probably need to ask them to leave it off. I think if you eat stuff like this frequently you will end up gaining a lot of weight, but it is worth trying at least once. Give this a try if you are looking to eat a juicy hamburger and fries on your diet “cheat day.”

　たまにはアメリカンな食べ物も食べたい我が家。そしてこちらのハンバーガーは、ハンバーグとフライドポテトに定評があると聞いていたので、行ってみました。場所はトムズリバーにあります。人によってはあまり行かない場所かもしれません。ポイントプレザントビーチなどの行き帰りなどに立ち寄ってみるといいかもしれません。
　トムズリバーに初めて行ったのですが、割と大きな街です。道路も広く、お店の駐車場に入るためには右車線に寄っておかないと、スルーしてしまうかもしれません。突如右側に黒い建物が見えてきたら、それがこのBurger 25です。駐車場スペースはかなり広いです。オンラインで注文する人も多そうでした。持ち帰りの場合は、オンラインと建物の外側にある窓からオーダーできます。店内で食べる場合は、建物の一番左側、道路にほど近い場所に入口があるので、それを利用して入ります。時間帯によっては、並びます。家が近い人はオンラインで注文、ピックアップ、どこかで食べるという方が混雑時はいい気がします。そしてオンラインでも細かくトッピングを選んで注文することができます。
　さて、我が家はBBQベーコンバーガー、アボカドクラブバーガー、ボードウォークフライ（フライドポテト）、キッズメニューのマック＆チーズ、ボンレスチキンを頼みました。まず、キッズメニューです。こちらのお店のキッズメニューサイズは、おそらく4歳ぐらいまでの子が対象のように感じます。8歳の娘にはボリュームが少なすぎました。メニューにはのっていませんが、カウンターで頼む場合は「ジュニアサイズで」と頼むと、キッズサイズより少し大きいものにアップグレードしてくれます。なので、娘は追加でジュニアサイズのチーズバーガーを頼んで食べました。
　大人二人は、オーダーしたハンバーガーに満足しました。100％認定されたアンガスビーフだけを使用、そして肉は決して冷凍せずにフレッシュな状態で、パテを作っているので、とてもジューシーでおいしかったです。ハンバーガーは写真の通り、すごく分厚いので口で食べれるか心配しましたが、意外と噛みつけました（笑）パン生地が柔らかいので、上からつぶすようにすれば、大きな口で食べれます。
　次にフライです。自家製のシーズニングが絶妙な味を作っていました。後からのどがかなり乾くのは必須ですが、一口食べると次々と口に運んでしまうこと間違いなしです。でも食べすぎには注意ですね。。。そして最後にシェイクにも定評があるこのお店。たくさんの人がシェイクを頼んでいました。我が家は誰もオーダーしませんでしたが、シェイクの上にどっぷりと生クリームがのっているので、生クリームや濃いものが苦手な人は厳しいかもしれません。スターバックスのようにホイップ抜きで作ってもらうこともできるのか不明ですが、聞いてみる価値はあるかもしれません。
　頻繁に食べると太る可能性大ですが、食べてみる価値はあると思います。運動をうまく取り入れて、アメリカンなこちらもバーガーにサイドメニュー、食べてみてください！
