Nora Goes Off Script

Here is the review of Nora Goes Off Script by Annabel Monaghan. I chose to read it because I wanted to read a beach book.
Nora Hamilton who is a romance channel screenwriter, has 2 children and a narcissistic husband. She is dumped by husband and decides to write the best script of her life. It was picked up for the big screen and set to film on location at her 100-year-old-home. When former Sexiest Man Alive, Leo Vance, is cast as her ne’er-do-well husband Nora’s life will never be the same.
I wanted to read a summer themed book, but it was kind of boring for me and not much happened. If you want to read an easy romance book, you might like this.

Nora Goes Off Script by Annabel Monaghanの感想を書きます。夏っぽい本が読みたかったので、比較的レビューが高いAnnabel Monaghanの本を選びました。
ノラ・ハミルトンは、子供二人、仕事ができない夫と4人暮らしで、ロマンス専門チャンネルの脚本を書くことを仕事にしています。ノラは、夫から離婚を切り出されたことを題材にした脚本を書き上げ、映画化されることになります。撮影は、ノラの住む築100年の家で行われ、夫役に抜擢されたのは、「世界で最もセクシーな男」と呼ばれたレオ・ヴァンス。彼女の人生はこれをきっかけに変わります。
夏っぽい、ビーチで読めるような本と思ってこの本を選びましたが、ロマンス本にしては少し物足りなさを感じました。もうちょっと内容のある本を読みたかったです。
