I will introduce recommended spots for hiking with children in the United States. Today, I will introduce you to Cathedral Rock Trail in Arizona. It’s one of the 4 vortexes and often described as having feminine energy, so it is a very popular hiking spot.
There are 2 parking lots close to the trail (you need to buy the Red Rock Pass), but it will be filled up soon. There is a free shuttle on the north SR 179 Park &Ride. I recommend considering this. You won’t have high elevation and it is short, so it is not difficult. It basically only has you go up a pretty steep slope for over 800 feet, so the key is to wear the hiking boots not to slip. Trail is busy, you won’t be lost. Even if you can’t make it to the top, the views of the surrounding valleys are amazing, which means the views from the top are stunning. It is worth hiking. Highly recommended.

アメリカで、子連れハイキングのおすすめスポットを紹介していきます。今回はアリゾナ州にある、カセドラルロック・トレイルを紹介します。パワースポットの一つとして有名で、「女性」エネルギーが強いパワースポットとして、人気があるトレイルです。
駐車場はトレイル近くに二か所ありますが、すぐに埋まってしまいます。（Red Rock Pass が必要/駐車場あり）。もし満車の場合は、179号線沿いに無料のシャトルバスがあるので、それを利用することをおすすめします。
標高は高くありませんが、岩肌を登るので、ハイキングブーツをはいたほうがいいでしょう。小さな子どもは滑ったら危険なので、おすすめしません。頂上までたくさんの観光客がいるので、迷うことはありません。とにかく景色が圧巻ですね。頂上からの眺めも素晴らしいので、セドナに行く人にはおすすめしたい、パワースポットの一つです。
